We offer refunds, credit notes & exchanges on your order within 30 days of receiving your item/s. *excludes final sale and clearance items 

 

• Goods must be returned to us in unworn, original condition with tags attached in original packaging. All returned beauty & body items must still have their plastic seals intact and unopened, along with proof of purchase. All items must not be worn, altered, or washed.
• Returned items without the original tags, or damaged tags, may not qualify for a refund.
• A credit note will be issued if no exchange is possible at the time of return.
• Cost of returns and exchanges are at the buyers expense. Please ensure all items are returned using a traceable method, to ensure that the item will not be lost in the mail. 
• We do not exchange or refund on Sale items
